We’re continuing to help support an ongoing fundraising effort that is important to us. Our good friend Chelsea, owner of Table, and her family lost their home and belongings in a house fire last week. 100% of the proceeds from this special will be donated to this GoFundMe drive helping them get back on their feet. We’ve made a few different versions of this porridge bread and it always hits. Our OATMEAL SOURDOUGH is leavened with a fresh milled whole rye and oat flour preferment and includes slow-simmered oatmeal, which we normally sweeten lightly with honey but this week we’re going maple. The loaves are rolled in oats for a little extra texture on the crust. Just a little time in the toaster will take this bread all the way home.
