For pick-up on Wednesday 11/26.
This rye bread is hearty, nutritious, and brightly flavored thanks to the addition of a boiled apple cider reduction produced by the Woods Cider Mill in VT. Got some good butter? Badabing! You have yourself a post-Turkey Trot breakfast. Soft brie and sliced apple? Badaboom! You have yourself a cheese board. Tired of everyone fawning over your sister’s green bean casserole? Throw it on the table and you’ve won dinner. The bread is 75% fresh local Danko rye that, as always, we mill and sift in-house so you know the flour is on point.
We’re using a formula developed by Martin Philip at King Arthur Baking as our jumping off point here and he’s never let us down before. In the spirit of the season, this bake is part of our ongoing RISE UP PROJECT and we will be donating 75% of the proceeds to support the increasingly urgent work of NH HUNGER SOLUTIONS.
Happy T Day everyone.
