Been a minute since we’ve baked this one. Made with brown rice okayu, organic red miso, and 40% fresh milled whole grain Warthog wheat. This is a malty, salty, complicated umami bomb of a loaf of bread. Best paired with your favorite savories, including just some really good butter.
