This week’s is made with 30% fresh milled soft white wheat flour and just a touch of rice flour for a crispy crust. The rosemary is fresh and added to give a hint of floral notes. Slice thin and toast before serving with pecorino, or go with the old standby and split it horizontally before loading it with sandwich fillings. (We don’t seem to have a picture for this one so you’re just gonna have to trust us.)
This bread is baked as part of our ongoing RISE UP PROJECT and 75% of proceeds will go straight to support the essential healthcare provided by the Equality Health Center.
