We have a few unclaimed orders for this week’s bread share. Red Fife is an heirloom wheat variety that was the base of most of this country’s bread up until the 1900s. This bread is 25% fresh high extraction Red Fife with an extra 5% of whole Emmer (also an oldie but goodie) which we’re using in the leaven.
